お腹が満たされると、少しだけ、気持ちもほどけることがある。帰り道の海ほたるで、やっと話せたことがありました。When your stomach is full,sometimes your heart loosens a little too.At Umihotaru on the way home,there was something I could finally talk about.

海辺は少し寒かったけれど、そのあとの浜焼きは、心まであたたまる時間でした。The seaside was a little cold,but the grilled seafood afterwardfelt warm enough to comfort even our hearts.

断るつもりだった。でも、10人目って聞いたら、知らないふりはできなかった。I was going to say no.But when I heard I was the tenth person,I couldn’t pretend not to care.

新しいクラスに少し慣れてきた頃、いつも一緒にいる3人のことを気にした子がいた。幼馴染って、なんだか少し特別だ。When they had started getting used to their new class,someone became curious about the three who were always together.There is something a little specialabout being childhood friends.

高校の入学式に向かう朝。少し不安でも、見慣れた顔ぶれがあるだけで気持ちは少しやわらかくなる。On the morning of their high school entrance ceremony,there is a little nervousness.But just seeing familiar facesmakes everything feel a little gentler.

イースターって、たまごのイメージが強いけれど、本当は別の意味があるらしい。春分の日にも少し似た、日にちの決め方も不思議だった。Easter may be known for eggs,but it seems to mean something more.Its way of deciding the datealso felt a little like the spring equinox.
