💭 Story Note
“Cat punch” is a playful Japanese expression for a light paw-like tap.
In this story, it is part of Sumire and Sakura’s familiar comedy,
not a serious fight.
The scene also uses two useful expressions with 見る:
見回す means “to look around,” while 見てみて means “take a look”
or literally, “try looking.”
